Cold-rolled sheet is a product obtained from hot-rolled sheet by cold pressure processing. The surface quality of the cold rolled sheet is superior to that of the hot rolled sheet, and good mechanical properties can be obtained after heat treatment. According to the different needs of production enterprises, cold rolled plate is usually divided into: general cold rolled plate, stamping grade cold rolled plate, deep drawing, extra deep) medium and super deep intermediate cold rolled plate, generally delivered by coil and plate.

Q235 steel is a carbon structural steel. It is equivalent to A3 and C3 steel in the old standard GB700-79 grade, which is the grade of Russian TOCT. The Q in the steel number stands for yield strength. Under normal circumstances, the steel is used directly without heat treatment.

Features: Because it has not been annealed, its hardness is very high (HRB greater than 90), the machining performance is very poor, and only a simple directional bending process of less than 90 degrees (perpendicular to the winding direction) can be carried out. To put it simply, cold rolling is processed and rolled on the basis of hot rolled plate cultivation, generally speaking, it is a process of hot rolling - pickling - phosphating - saponification - cold rolling.
