Cold-drawn seamless steel pipe production process:

Tube blank → heating → perforating → heading → annealing → pickling → oiling → multi-pass cold drawing → Tube blank → Heat treatment → straightening → hydraulic test → marking → storage. The wall thickness of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe is better than that of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, and the surface roughness is also some.
